CANCELLATION POLICY

Glam’Her | Booking & Guest Courtesy Policy Where Luxury Meets Clinical Precision. At Glam’Her, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized experience rooted in exceptional service, artistry, and care. We kindly ask our guests to review the following booking guidelines, designed to honor both your time and ours. Reservations & Deposits A 25% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your total service balance. Any additional services, enhancements, or custom artistry must be approved and priced before the service begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your appointment. Booking deposits are nonrefundable for guest-initiated cancellations, except where otherwise required by law or approved by Glam’Her. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Guests may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 24 hours' notice, and their original deposit will be transferred to the new reservation. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a credit of the original booking deposit toward a future Glam’Her appointment, rather than a refund. Booking credits remain available for 30 days from the date of cancellation. Guests must reserve their next appointment within this period; the appointment itself may take place after the 30-day window, subject to availability. Unused credits expire after 30 days, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit, except where otherwise required by law or approved by Glam’Her. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking deposit. Late Arrival Courtesy We understand that unexpected delays may occur. As a courtesy to our guests, Glam’Her extends a 20-minute grace period for scheduled appointments without penalty. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be assessed a $25 late arrival fee, provided their appointment can still be accommodated. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your appointment. However, we reserve the right to modify or reschedule an appointment when there is insufficient time to deliver your service safely and to our standards of excellence. We kindly encourage guests to notify us of any anticipated delays so that we may provide the most thoughtful accommodations possible. Appointment Transfers We understand that plans may change. Guests wishing to transfer their reserved appointment to another individual are welcome to contact Glam’Her in advance. Appointment transfers may be accommodated with prior approval, provided the requested service is compatible with the reserved appointment time and any applicable pricing adjustments are confirmed. Our Commitment to Your Time Just as we value punctuality from our guests, we are equally committed to honoring your scheduled appointment. Should an unexpected delay occur on our behalf, we will communicate promptly and make every reasonable effort to accommodate you comfortably. If we are unable to provide your service within a timeframe that works for you, we will gladly coordinate an alternative appointment centered on your availability and preferences, with your original deposit transferred in full. This accommodation will not count toward your complimentary reschedule. Guests will never be assessed late arrival fees for delays caused by Glam’Her. If Glam’Her is unable to fulfill the reserved service and a mutually acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, any refund required by applicable law will be honored.
